  Couldn't tell me the rules for Antique plates. They issued them to me, but had no knowledge on them. Told me to ask Ford service department where I normally get my vehicle inspected. Good thing I know how to read and learn. Figured it out with Police department help. I am now more knowledgeable than DMV............ :/

  I waited over an hour, then I went back to the desk to inquire about the wait. The past told my number was already called. It was not...I was waiting and watching the cue the entire time..I did not leave our go to the restroom. The lady gave me another number..... REALLY? Horrible experience. U will be writing a letter to the commissioner and everyone in their chain of command. This place is in serious need of a good efficiency overhaul

  I got here at 9:00 am this morning it is now 12:26 pm and I am finally leeaving this branch with my DMV issue still unresolved....this place is out of control horrible
