  I give them one star. I put my refuse out on a Monday night with a pick up on Tuesday. It snowed that night and they could not pick it up. Later on I get a citation for putting refuse out on the wrong day. If your wondering they were only calling for a dusting. Glad I moved out of this town.

There is paperwork, but there's paperwork everywhere these days. Bring a plat/survey if you have one. If you are going to make a building bigger, you will need a plat/survey. If you describe something and leave something important out or change your mind later on, you might get delayed, so it is best to write things down and sketch them out even just to talk about it. That helps in getting an answer - you have to show them everything exactly as you want to do it.
