- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had to deal with some really rude nasty employee's. I have also delt with some really professional kind ones.I have had money transferred from wrong accounts (my own money of course) and I have had them take money from wrong accounts. It just make me even more alert and constantly check after them and my account.I wish they treated loyal customers a little better and we where offered more benefits and rewards like other banks or credit unions. If you don't ask for credit builders or ask how to get rewards points every time you swipe your card they will not offer this info. I hate having a limit on my cash transfers We have a limit transferring our own money so I have had to call and it just depends what teller is working some will do it over land line and some won't. It's hella frustrating I'm the customer and it's my money !!!If I say move it just move it.By Ill Nyx, October 26, 2016
