  My first lawyer and very good experience. This man is straight forward but kind at the same time. He doesn't sugarcoat the fact that you screwed up but he helps to make you understand the error of your ways while at the same time realizing that you can do much more with your god given talents out in the world then within the prison jail system. I had a reckless driving case that could have resulted in jail time, but thanks to Mr.Rice that doesn't get to happen. I highly recommend Mr.Rice to anyone

  Best lawyer in America! He saved my life! literally! Really did a very good job of getting me out of a jam! Hopefully, you will take his council or at the very least refer him. Reasonably priced attorney and is very kind. He can be a little stern! However, it's like a grandfather or dad type of stern; someone who cares!

  I am a police officer in Northern Virginia and I hired Mr. Rice to represent my daughter who was charged in a traffic crash. After finding Mr. Rice on the internet, we had an in depth phone consultation and I felt very at ease with his knowledge and expertise as I often testify in traffic court. On the court date, he met with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable as she had never received a traffic citation before and did not know what to expect. To make a long story short...Mr. Rice was able to have the charge dismissed. Mr. Rice is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney. Additionally, his fee was straight forward and very reasonable.
