- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Thee worst Bank of America I have ever experienced in 31years! They never have but 1 teller, 1 at the window but sometimes 3 people sitting in their little glass boxes! And please don't come on a Friday, you'll literally be there door an hour just to do a little 5 minute transaction!By Kathy Davis, April 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If your transaction involves a teller, might as well set your whole day aside just to do ONE thing. Slow moving staff that show no interest in anything. It's almost as if they're just there, and that's it. The service at the branch is pathetic. They also now try to push credit cards and other accounts on you, even after you've said you're not interested.
