- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Got there around 8:20, and they started letting people in. They explained only one person could go in at a time, they did a quick security search (really basic) then we got to check in and wait in the lobby until the office opened. The staff was all friendly and funny. If you bring in a huge purse with lots of stuff, and have pockets full of stuff it will take you longer to get through, but its really nothing extreme. Just get there before it opens and only bring in what you need. You can have cellphones just if you need to make a phone call you have to go outside. No food or drink. Just honestly really obvious basic stuff. All these reviews made me think I was going to be dealing with A**holes or something. They were super nice and patient with Elderly people. IF you don't want to wait in the cold, get there earlier and there won't be such a line (there was already a decent size line by 9am)By Sarah Roberts, March 30, 2017
